Caitlin has practiced law since 2007, bringing extensive legal experience spanning civil litigation, advising municipal clients, criminal appeals, and consumer protection enforcement to her practice. Most recently, she served as Of Counsel at a municipal law firm, where she litigated a broad range of matters including employment disputes, federal civil rights actions, and land use matters. Prior to that, she served as Senior Counsel for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office where she appeared regularly before the Court of Criminal Appeals and argued cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court. She led the Extradition Team, served as the liaison to the Attorney General on human trafficking issues, and served on statewide task forces addressing human trafficking and mass violence. Earlier in her career, she investigated and prosecuted consumer protection actions.

Caitlin's Education & Professional Affiliations

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, San Francisco School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in California, Colorado, Texas and Tennessee.
